What is the status of my order?
You can check your order status by logging into your account and clicking on Order History, or by contacting support at support@electrocats.com.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We currently do not offer gift wrapping for orders.
How do I cancel or change an order?
Please contact our support team at support@electrocats.com immediately if you would like to make changes to your order.

When and how will I receive my shipment tracking information?
We will email you the tracking information for your shipment once your order leaves the warehouse.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

How do I return a product?
To initiate a return please visit the ‘Returns’ section of the store. We will then provide you with the details on how to return the product.
What is your returns policy?
For our full returns policy please visit here. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. If an item is returned more than 14 days after delivery we reserve the right to not offer a refund.
To initiate a return please visit the ‘Returns’ section of the store. We will then provide you with the details on how to return the product.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Why have I not received my refund yet?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@electrocats.com
